This workshop will be held on 13th of march at The Picnic in Burwood.
Time: 3:30pm - 7:30pm
The course will include;
A live step by step demonstration.
Hands on practical work which will involve making both recipes from scratch.
Multiple instructors to offer one on one assistance.
You will also get to taste the final product and take home the remaining.
Coffee & drinks will be provided throughout the entire workshop with a light meal during the break.
You also get to take home a bag full of our hand made goods which includes:
500g Samke harra sauce
500g Fattoush dressing
250g Fig jam
150ml hand picked & cold pressed olive oil from the Northern villagers of Lebanon
